The truth about healing

I see so much hope, and with the world having endless resources thanks to #technology, there are much more solutions than before.

Happy Saturday, World!

A short note on #healing

At times, the media focuses on extremes and drama making it hard to see that we live in a special moment of grand transformation. Of course, there are a wide range of serious issues in our world today that need our attention and action, but not everything is lost and dire. What personally gives me hope is that the opportunity for healing is more widely available than it has ever been.

Thank you to Dr. Gabor Mate and Dr. Phil Stutz for revolutionizing the world of healing, psychology, psychiatry, and trauma.

We can undoubtedly go even further regarding accessibility, but it is undeniable that mental healing now has a global reach that is historically unprecedented. Various forms of therapy, the vast majority of meditations, and so much more are making tangible changes in people’s lives. These modalities are reaching global proportions. More and more people are learning and using tools that are healing their minds and expanding their compassion for themselves and others.

A healing generation is emerging that is not being written about in mass media; it is happening quietly across the world, but the results of this will be extraordinary. Not only will the lives of individuals be improved, but this will impact the global collective. The simple fact is that true #self-love slowly opens the door to love for all beings; as self-love flourishes within the individual, we become less interested in harming others.

Healing is becoming part of the dominant global culture; it is becoming a new normal; millions are examining their past so they can let go and step forward as lighter and more peaceful versions of themselves.

I know I am.

The global conversation about mental health is now being elevated to taking action and finding ways to heal. Fewer people feel stagnant in their misery; we know there are options and that these options can bring about transformative results. Being miserable is going out of style, and I'm excited about how many people are open to various modalities of coaching these days, for example.

As the healing generation continues maturing and expanding, the design of society will curve evermore toward structural compassion as opposed to structural harm.

In time, healing will become a human right for all.

If you need hope, you only need to look in the mirror and remember that you have seen it within your own direct experience and that personal transformation is possible.

You are a sign that humanity can move in a better direction. I believe in you. If you need support, please reach out to me, and let's jump on a call today.

XOXO,

Ms.K
